About Event

The sixth episode of Abstract: The Art of Design, which is the documentary series of Netflix that focuses on different areas of art and design, includes legendary graphic designer Paula Scher. Paula Scher, who turns words into pictures, is a graphic designer who creates the visual language of iconic brands and various institutions such as Windows 8 and Citibank. Scher, who started to design her design typographies with traditional methods at a young age, has some concerns with the introduction of computers into the sector since the 1990s. There are a number of tides in the process, but this is not an obstacle. We watched together and discussed about the section about how the technological changes in Scher's graphic design process affected her work and his works that made her a real graphic designer.
